When I embarked on the TAE40116 the maze of manuals and resources sent my brain into a spin. I could not make head nor tail of how I was expected to proceed and I kept putting off my study. By the time I contacted a trainer at iLearn I was in tears but knew I desperately needed help. Shirley kindly pointed me in the right direction. No request was too small for her to help me with, and she was able to demonstrate by word and emails how to proceed with the assignments. She was able to SIMPLIFY the exercises for me and I was able to cut through.
As she told me, “Your tears will be gone. I am here to help you.” And she did and she has.
